Stacey served as listing broker for the 25-unit luxury condominium project, 200 West Highland, on Queen Anne’s coveted south slope. Units ranged from $700,00- $1.8 million, and the project closed out in less than 12 months for a total of $34 million in sales. She also managed the acquisition of a 136-unit condominium building by Seattle Children’s Hospital for a $62.5 million expansion project.

Stacey is a recipient of the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Specialist designation, a credential earned only by the top 1% of agents with a proven track record of luxury sales. She is also a member of the Luxury Home Institute, and a Certified Relocation Specialist.
